The Top 5 Urban Gardening DIY
After Derk recently wrote a DIY tutorial on seed bombs , I've now taken a look around to see what other great ideas can be found online. I've compiled the 5 best ones for you:

Spring String Garden
The Spring String Garden brings color to your ceiling. Because of its similarity to our Seedballs , it wins first place. Found on Terrain Online . I found something similar here . A little easier to make, but not quite as pretty, in my opinion.
The Strawberry Tower
The " Strawberry Tower " gets second place despite the rather complex production because strawberries are simply extremely delicious ;)
Plastic Bottle Garden
I found the PET garden on architectureartdesigns . While it's a bit complicated to recreate, it's definitely a good idea. It also earned third place because the entire site is full of great ideas. So feel free to take a look! You can also buy the whole thing as a professional system, for example, here and here .
Shoe Garden
Actually, it's just another version of the vertical garden from the previous point. However, the different shape is reason enough for a separate entry for me. It's also much easier to replicate. However, I think the fabric won't look quite as white after one season, hence only number 4. Found on Instructables .
balcony box
The good old balcony box. These days, they're available in thousands of variations and are arguably the most popular staple of urban gardening. Aside from the plants, there's usually not much DIY involved, hence this last place. The photo is by Homeveganer .
