The medicinal plant bergamot has been used for hundreds of years for its balancing effects on body, mind, and soul. Scientific studies confirm its mood-enhancing and anxiety-relieving effects. Grapefruit also has a mood-enhancing effect. Combined with rose geranium and lavender, which have anti-anxiety properties, as well as linaloe and rose, which can aid relaxation, the name of this oil says it all: Balm for the soul .
Application :
If needed, warm 2-3 drops of the oil in your palms and then rub it on your neck and pulse (inner wrists). Then consciously inhale the scent of your hands for 30 seconds.
