- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1/4 red cabbage(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 lemon(s)

All the ingredients ready? Then let's get started!
- Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a blender and chop.
- Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets.
- Place broccoli florets in a blender and chop.
- Peel and grate carrots .
- Halve the red cabbage and cut into thin strips. Then chop finely.
- Wash the peppers , remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
- Wash the parsley , shake it dry and chop it finely.
- Wash the coriander , shake it dry and chop it finely.
- Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice.
- Drain the corn .
- Combine olive oil with lemon and orange juice in a bowl and mix. Season with cardamom, salt, and pepper.
