Tarte flambée with rocket and shepherd's cheese

A balmy summer evening, a handful of friends around the garden table, and a huge tray of oven-fresh tarte flambée in front of you. You can create this heavenly situation in no time. All you need are a handful of friends and freshly harvested arugula from your garden for the most delicious tarte flambée in the world. You need these ingredients (2 people):
- 260g tarte flambée dough
- 140g crème fraîche
- 1/2 red onion(s)
- 1/2 zucchini
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 40g arugula
- 200g cottage cheese
- 10g chives
- 10ml balsamic cream
- Salt
- pepper

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes .
- Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a piece of baking paper and spread with crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top the dough with zucchini , onions and cherry tomatoes and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Wash chives , shake dry and chop.
- Garnish the tarte flambée with cottage cheese, chives , arugula and balsamic cream and serve.
